Clients prefer them to rice paper as the colours are more vibrant and the picture quality is sharper. Icing sheets also blend into the iced surface of the cake, giving a more professional appearance. Iced sheets are suitable for placing on butter cream, chocolate, royal/glazed icing, fondant, marzipan and whipped cream. Icing sheets can be cut to desired shapes and sizes using a craft knife.

Remove your topper from the sealed bag and cut out the design if appropriate. Then remove the plastic backing. Do this by placing the topper face down on a clean, dry and flat surface.
