Crabeye Beans, otherwise known as rosecoco beans, are high in protein and fibre and low in fat. Serve them with rice or in stews, soups and salads.

Directions

For canned legumes, heat before consumption. For dried legumes, soak overnight, then boil or simmer for 45-60 minutes or until tender. Drain and rinse before use. Store in a cool, dry place.
