Directions

Stir contents of one sachet of Old Hamlet Whisky Toddy Spices into 450 ml or a quarter pint of cold water. Heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar has dissolved. Bring to the boil and remove off the heat instantly. Add two drams or 50 ml of whisky, stir and enjoy.
